Shipping & Returns

International Shipping:

I use my Etsy shop to handle international purchases for international sales tax and VAT collection reasons. If you live outside of the United States and are interested in purchasing one of my pieces, please use the contact form to let me know which piece or pieces you are interested in and we will work together through my Etsy site to get them purchased for you.

Local Pick-Up:

If you live in the RVA area and would like to avoid pesky shipping fees, message me via the contact form with which pieces you would like. I'll send you a code to remove the shipping and we can set up a convenient pick-up spot where you can get your pots in person.

Return Policy:

I accept returns within 30 calendar days of the original purchase. Items must return to me in their original, unused, saleable condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs, which are non-refundable. Sale items are not eligible for return. As ceramics are fragile, I also recommend purchasing insurance on the returned items.

If a product arrives to you damaged, contact me within 10 days of recieving the piece. In order to be eligible for a replacement or refund I will need proof of packaging and the damage.  I strongly encourage opening pieces immediately upon their arrival to ensure their condition.
